Vicki Carter
Vicki joined Cay Insurance Services in 2017 as a Personal Lines Account Manager. She has over thirty years experience working in the insurance industry and has concentrated on providing custom insurance plans for clients in the affluent market. Prior to joining our agency she has worked for Willis Insurance and Palmer and Cay. Her years of insurance experience make her an unparalleled advocate for her clients during the underwriting and claims processes. She is adept at finding insurance solutions in the Georgia and South Carolina coastal markets. Her goal is to always provide exceptional customer service to her clients.
Alice Johnson
Ms. Johnson joined our firm in 2017. Prior to joining our firm she worked for USI Insurance in the Personal Lines Department in Savannah. She has over 23 years experience in the insurance industry and has obtained the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research designation of Certified Insurance Counsellors (CIC). Her primary focus has involved managing the personal insurance programs for affluent individuals and families. She provides a high level of individual client support to assist in the protection of the clients’ assets and minimize their liability exposure. She is dedicated to continuing to increase her knowledge of the industry and markets so she can always provide the highest level of client service.
Jenny McNeal
Mrs. McNeal began working in the insurance business almost 18 years ago in her father’s agency in a small farm town in Ohio. Following a move to the South in 2001, she has grown her knowledge and experience of the Insurance Industry to encompass all levels of significance, specializing in high net-worth clients. She has worked for various brokers all of whose business was focused in the Southeast, and has been based in the Atlanta market for the last 3 years. This experience has given her the ability to manage clients with varying needs, including coastal and rural exposures, while still maintaining a personalized, “small-town” approach. She has earned her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation and is constantly expanding her knowledge of the insurance market. When not working, Jenny enjoys cooking, making jewelry and volunteering time to local animal charities.
Laurie Mills
Laurie Mills serves as Commercial Account Manager for Cay Insurance Services. She has nearly 20 years experience in the insurance industry, specializing in property & casualty lines. Laurie has extensive experience in small business account management. Laurie began her insurance career in 1995 with Edwards Insurance Agency. She later worked for Palmer & Cay in the Private Accounts Division, managing and servicing accounts for high net-worth individuals. Prior to joining Cay Insurance Services, she worked for Wells Fargo Insurance Services/USI Insurance Services LLC as a Commercial Senior Account Manager for the small business unit. She resides in Savannah and in her spare time enjoys running and competing in 5K’s.
Clay Morrow
Clay has been in the commercial property and casualty insurance business since 2015. He is a Savannah Country Day School alumnus and graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA degree in Risk Management and Insurance. As an Account Executive, Clay works diligently to help businesses secure the most cost-effective insurance programs available. He holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI) designations.
